106 Paintbrush sits on a scenic acre with a view of Sun Valley's famous Mount Baldy. With three levels, four bedrooms, and 3400 square feet of living space, there is ample room for up to eight guests.
Each bedroom is furnished with high-quality mattresses. The upstairs master suite has a king bed (Select Comfort), two of the main floor bedrooms have queen beds.The fourth bedroom (also on the main level) has two full beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the lower level.
The house was updated in 2008 with new berber carpeting, and new Pottery Barn furniture in the handsome great room. Also in the great room is an entertainment center with hi-def TV.
The lower level has an entertainment area including a 42" flat panel television, stereo system, video games, and a ping-pong table-- A noise-insulated space that is perfect for kids and teens.
With spectacular views to the west and south, the yard is private and makes for fun sledding in the winter.
Included with rental is the use of a variety of mountain bikes, as well as access to the recreational facilities at Harker Center and Elkhorn Village for tennis, swimming, hot-tubbing and playgrounds.
And for those who aren't quite ready to get away from it all, complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

While we hope to provide you with everything you need for a memorable stay, this is a smoke free home, and we do not allow pets. We also discourage groups larger than eight.
